Togather, the UK’s largest event booking platform, has appointed ex-HeyCar Chief Operating and Product Officer Vik Barodia as their new COO to lead the company’s operations as it continues to disrupt the UK’s £100 billion events industry.
Togather, formerly known as Feast It, is known for connecting the UK’s best independent event suppliers with events from corporate parties to large-scale music festivals and cultural events.
A key part of Vik’s role will be to continue improving Togather’s technology product to solidify its position as an industry leader and continue streamlining event booking providers for organisers. He will look further at optimizing the Togather Live product, through which the company has delivered events such as Pride in London, Gala Festival and The Royal International Air Tattoo.
Barodia, who was previously Head of Motors at Gumtree and Chief Digital Officer at SuperBike Factory, has more than 20 years of experience in tech markets. He also has an investor perspective, through his position as a member of the Advisory Board at Concept Ventures.
