BaxterStorey, the caterer for the Red Bull Technology campus in Milton Keynes, has been recognized as a leader in its field and has been awarded World Class status by Hospitality Assured, the quality standard created by the Institute of Hospitality. The board assesses nine areas across the business, from leadership to training and development, customer service and supply chain.
BaxterStorey has been providing catering services on the technology campus for over 15 years and continually works with the on-site team to improve customer experience and service during this time. During the 2023 Hospitality Assured assessment, the company received a score of 86.4%, placing BaxterStorey on the leaderboard as the highest scoring organization currently in the Hospitality Assured framework.
