Emirates Old Trafford today announced that the venue’s 100 new rooms are ready and available for use. The stylish bedrooms represent the completion of the new hotel expansion which has seen the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel expanded to 250 bedrooms, many with pitch terraces, as well as the new events space The Edge.
The expanded hotel is part of a wider vision for the venue, which also includes the launch of two outdoor terraces and an Eco Roof Garden, all of which further enhance the stadium’s meetings and events product. The introduction of the new hotel rooms has been a game changer since they were launched earlier this summer and is part of the wider Destination Emirates Old Trafford campaign, which showcases the full meeting and event options that event planners around the world can access. location.
The opening completes Emirates Old Trafford’s thriving conference and events business, which has blossomed over the past decade. In that time the venue has revolutionized hospitality, including the opening of The Point in 2010 – an award-winning space and a firm customer favorite – upgrades throughout the venue, and now the larger, even more dynamic hotel is now established to become an essential development in supporting the growing client list of organizers looking to make the most of this ever-expanding live experience destination.
The hotel connects the pavilion directly to The Point, two of the key spaces within the venue, once again allowing organizers to add additional days to their conferences and events, while also keeping participants together on site. This in turn opens up other opportunities for incentives and team building on site, from the Players and Media Center to the Cricket Centre, all adding value to the entire event journey.
