Maverick Live, the fast-growing full-service creative events agency, is pleased to announce the addition of three major talents to their team, following staggering 80% year-over-year growth as they closed FY3 in October.
Jim Young (Head of Digital), Dan Walley (Senior Technical Project Manager) and Ian Rigby (Operations Assistant) all join the outfit as they kick off FY4 in November.
With two decades at the forefront of digital innovation within the events industry, Jim Young will oversee the delivery of the company’s growing digital offering, including apps, bespoke platforms and digital touchpoints. Combining audience participation with virtual production initiatives, Jim is poised to redefine Maverick’s event offering to make every delegate meeting as memorable as it is groundbreaking.
For the past six years I have been delivering high-profile corporate events around the world as a freelance production manager; Dan Walley will be a senior point of contact for some of Maverick’s top accounts and will deliver the world-class level of service the company is known for.
With an impressive CV in management positions within the automotive industry, before making the jump to the events world. Ian will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of the ever-expanding operation at Maverick, delivered through an impressive stock of in-house AV equipment, technicians and vehicles used for their own event deliveries.
On joining Jim, he said: “It’s great to be part of a team so focused on delivering high-quality experiences to our customers. I’m really looking forward to contributing to the company’s great growth trajectory. After just 2 weeks in my new role I have already worked on some fantastic projects and have many more in the pipeline!”
Maverick Live has laid out ambitious plans to continue controlled growth over the next twelve months, continuing to invest in people and infrastructure to serve a growing customer base of major brands. Delivering a true in-house and 360-degree event service. This combined with their unique approach to customer service and ‘people first’ culture means the Warrington-based start-up is increasingly becoming the choice for corporate communications teams and event planners heading into 2024.
