
The Association of Event Venues (AEV) has unveiled their collection of sponsors and partners ahead of its annual AEV conference at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, London, on Friday 17 November 2023.

Levy UK & Ireland has worked with some of Britain’s most impressive venues, many of which are AEV members, delivering a unique experience and sustainable menu and sponsoring the food and drink requirements of the conference.

HotelMap returns as AEV conference sponsor, offering preferential hotel accommodation rates for attendees booking conference tickets. Queen Elizabeth II Center will host the conference as a venue sponsor. EventWell, the ‘mental health and wellbeing voice of the events industry’, returns as a wellbeing partner, offering a safe place to catch your breath, or a moment of peace. New to the conference this year are the Nook event pods which provide delegates with recording pods to enjoy an additional retreat or quietly meet colleagues whilst enjoying a cup of coffee from partners, the Barista, highly skilled mobile coffee specialists.
CHC Global Ltd, AEV’s strategic partner for malicious risk advisors, returns with an update on the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill and nQ Legal continues to provide legal services to member venues. Jonas Event Technology returns as registration partner and Perton Signs will provide signage and promotional materials for the conference.
Klimato joins as a sustainability partner and offers to calculate, report and communicate the CO2 emissions of food and drinks for the event.
